With more than 20 years of experience, Stacey Hill is an organizational transformation and change management leader who helps executives navigate complexity, align priorities, and turn strategy into sustainable results.
Her experience spans federal and state government, healthcare, and commercial organizations, where she has supported enterprise transformation, organizational effectiveness, operational improvement, and technology modernization.
Through HillWorks, Stacey combines executive-level strategic insight with practical, hands-on support to translate organizational vision into meaningful action.

Sustainable transformation isn't driven by technology alone. It happens when leaders are aligned, people are engaged, processes support the strategy, and organizations are prepared to sustain change.
After more than two decades supporting transformation across government, healthcare, and commercial organizations, I've learned one consistent truth:
